Trust Tiers & Scores
Your trust score reflects how established and reliable you are as a RallyHub player. It is calculated from your real activity — matches played, opponents faced, venues visited, and how consistently you verify results. Trust is earned through play, not purchased or assigned.
Trust Tiers
Your score maps to one of five tiers. Each tier requires both a minimum score and activity gates such as verified matches, unique opponents, and completion rate.

| Bronze | Starting tier for all new players. |
| Silver Provisional | Fast-track tier for established DUPR players who are new to RallyHub. Requires retention within 30 days. |
| Silver | Moderate engagement with good verification habits. |
| Gold | Active, established player with consistent play across opponents and venues. |
| Platinum | Elite player with an extensive verified match history. |
What Builds Your Score
Your trust score is a number from 0 to 100, built from six factors. You can see your detailed factor breakdown on your passport page.

| Verified Match Volume | Number of verified matches, with recent matches weighted more heavily. | 25 |
| Verification Integrity | How often you verify and complete matches versus leaving them pending. | 20 |
| Opponent Network Depth | How many unique opponents you have played. Playing only the same people is penalised. | 15 |
| Venue Diversity | How many different venues you have played at. | 10 |
| Recency & Activity Rhythm | How recently and consistently you play. | 10 |
How to Improve Your Score
- Play regularly — consistent weekly play builds your Recency & Rhythm score.
- Play different opponents — expand your network for a higher Opponent Depth score.
- Visit different venues — try new courts to improve Venue Diversity.
- Verify matches promptly — accept or reject match results quickly to keep your Verification Integrity high.
- Link your DUPR account — earns bonus points toward your Identity score.
- Complete your matches — unverified matches lower your completion rate.
Your score refreshes automatically every six hours. You can also trigger a manual refresh from your passport (limited to once per hour).
Silver Provisional (DUPR Fast-Track)
If you are an established DUPR player joining RallyHub, you may qualify for a fast-track to Silver Provisional:
- Eligibility — DUPR account linked, 20+ DUPR matches, account age of at least 30 days.
- Benefit — immediately placed at the Silver Provisional tier.
- Retention — play 4+ verified RallyHub matches with 4+ unique opponents within 30 days.
- If not retained — reverts to Bronze. Your score continues to grow normally through play.
Why Trust Matters
RallyHub is a player passport — your match history is a permanent, community-owned record. Trust tiers help the community understand how active and established a player is, whether their match history is credible, and how engaged they are with the verification process.
Trust is currently display-only and does not restrict any features or match access. However, trust tiers are designed to become a signal you can use when choosing who to play with. For example, when organising rated matches — where results affect your DUPR rating — you may prefer opponents who verify results consistently, play a diverse set of opponents, and have an established track record. A higher trust tier signals exactly that.
Privacy
- Your tier and score are visible on your public profile.
- Your detailed factor breakdown is private — only you can see it on your passport.
- Your score history is retained for 90 days for your reference.
